If you received a damaged or defective product, you should report it to the delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and raise a complaint within 3 days of delivery. If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you should also report it immediately to support. However, please note that products purchased on discount or during sale cannot be cancelled. Return & Refund: A customer wishes to return a product, they have 7 days from the day of delivery to initiate the return process. All returns are subject to pick up from the customer's premises. If return pickup is not available at the given pincode, the customer has to self-return the product, and Fieldcrop will refund the courier charges, which can be a maximum of 10% of the order amount. After receiving the returned products, Fieldcrop.in will initiate the refund process within 2-3 days, and the refund will be initiated via NEFT or by the way payment was originally made. For COD orders, the refund will be initiated in the Fieldcrop wallet, which can be used to purchase any product on fieldcrop.in. However, depending on the orders, the processing charges might be deducted, and in case of customer self-returns, original shipping charges will not be refunded, only the product amount will be refunded. Delivery: Our delivery team will work with you to ensure a smooth installation process, provided it's included with the product. Free delivery is available only for the first delivery attempt to your shipping address. If the delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, an additional visit charge will be applicable. For apartments without a service lift, our delivery partner will only deliver the product to the ground floor. Weekend or specific time deliveries may incur extra charges.
